Section 1) Privacy Policy: Epsilon Concepts LLC will NOT collect any personal information about you unless you choose to provide us with such information (such as in the form of a proposal request, cost-planning estimate request, by emailing us, by contacting us, etc.). If you do provide us with personal information, however, your information will be used internally by us to initiate sales overtures. If we cannot service your project, however, we may also share your information with or refer you to our exclusive network of third party web design and development companies. We may receive a commission for such referral. You would not be obligated in any manner to enter into a contract with any such third party web design companies. Upon providing your information, such third party web design companies may contact you directly, or we may help broker a contract between you and a third party web design company. As a broker, we will not have any authority to bind you or such third party web design company. You and such third party web design company will only have the power and authority to offer or accept any contract terms. We will not be acting as anyone's agent, and our role will be to facilitate discussion and negotiation of contract terms between you and such third party web design companies. Should you enter into a contract with a third party web design company, all web design and development services will come solely from the third party web design company, and not from us. Alternatively, should we service your project and should you choose to hire us, we may share your information with certain third parties in the course of providing services (such as domain name registration, Internet marketing campaigns, web hosting, etc.) As with most Web servers on the internet, certain information is automatically collected and recorded. This includes, but is not limited to: your IP address (and hostname if available), the date and time you accessed our website and the type of browser and operating system you use. These are stored in a "log" file, which are private and the contents of which will not be released to a third party without your explicit consent. We also use cookies that are inserted by Google to track conversion tracking. These cookies are inserted when someone clicks on Google advertisements however, this will not happen in any other cases.

Section 4) Licensing: Epsilon Concepts LLC is licensed to operate business from Los Angeles, California.
Section 5) Office Hours: Epsilon Concepts LLC is available during standard business hours (non-holidays) Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) / 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST). We do not provide support or consulting outside of our normal office hours unless under special circumstances previously agreed upon in a Project Agreement.
Section 6) Epsilon Digital Directory:
For Browsers/Visitors: If you're browsing EDD, your computer provides us with some information about you including, but not limited to your Internet Protocol Address and your browser's user-agent. We often do not check, store, or record this information and we never redistribute it. However, there may be times when we do record and securely store this information for our own analysis and quality assurance purposes. There are times when we redistribute your information to third parties, but only if you register in our directory.
For Listing Holders:
In order to use our services, you must provide us with information about you or your company. We keep this information in strictest confidence, except of course the information you list under a posting. During the sign-up process, you'll be asked to fill out particular information for each listing. As with the site's visitors, we may collect information such as IP address and user-agent for our own quality-assurance purposes. We have the right to examine each posting before going live on the directory and reserve the right to reject any listing for any reason, at our discretion. We also have the right to take down any project/gig/job/vendor/agency/freelancer/consultant listings, at any time for any reason.
