Logo Designer
We're looking for a logo designer who is picky about the details, is able to work on several projects concurrently and has a deep understanding and appreciation of good design principles. You should also be comfortable in a team environment, cherish the opinion of others and have no problems communicating your ideas in writing, verbally, and most importantly, visually.
If you're worth your mettle, you have a strong dedication to the brand's image and have strong opinions on the definition of good design. You aim to bring something fresh to the table every time, without necessarily reinventing the wheel and because you're flexible, you're not married to a process; instead, you focus on efficiently coming up with elegant designs that feel good, with the sole aim of adequately representing the client's brand.
Other must have's:
- 3 - 5 years of experience designing elegant and timeless logos
- A flexible approach to design, drawing on a wide variety of styles
- A passionate desire to get it right
- The heart to take initiative and work with little direction if need be
- Trained in Freehand and Adobe's Creative Suite (or other similar design software)

Web Designer
We're currently searching for a motivated, rock star web designer with an eye for detail, the ability to meet deadlines, highly opinionated views on good design and the ability to work quickly (sometimes with little direction).
As a web designer, you will also be adept at turning raw ideas into visually pleasing designs for our clients. You will also be responsible for creating documents to convey information design (wireframes, mockups, etc..), with no qualms whatsoever about working in a team environment on a wide range of projects.
- Superior XHTML/CSS/Photoshop skills
- 3 - 5 years of web design experience
- A basic, working knowledge of Javascript and/or AJAX
- Strict adherence to W3C standards
- Rapid-prototyping skills
- The ability to work in a team environment, with little direction if necessary
- Flash Experience (Flash Media Server a plus)

Flash Developer
We are currently searching for an experienced and talented Flash designer who will be responsible for creating top notch animations, Flash websites (with CMS), banner ads and other Flash powered web objects.
As a Flash designer, you will be conversant with the latest in the needs of today's online user and the role Flash plays in meeting those needs. You are also adept at understanding project goals, are capable of working in a team environment and are able to communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
Other must have's:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a designer utilizing Flash technology for the web (banners/ads, Flash CMS, Rich Media, etc..)

We're currently searching for a dynamic, tech savvy web applications developer capable of aiding in the development and implementation of a wide variety of web-based products and services using the most effective development methods and principles.
As a web application developer, you should be able to balance a variety of concurrent projects using different development languages and coding styles within a team environment. You should also be able to meet deadlines, work independently and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with data-driven applications using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl)
- Exposure to AJAX, Ruby on Rails, XML, APIs, etc...
- Proficiency at reusing code and using frameworks to efficiently meet project requirements
- Comfortable with Linux and/or Unix
- Understand XHTML and CSS in the context of web standards and have a basic understanding of of prototype-style Javascript & AJAX

Project Manager
We're currently looking for a tech-savvy Project Manager unabashedly loyal to the end user, capable of communicating clearly and versatile enough to rise to the challenge every time.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing client expectations, allocating and coordinating project resources accordingly and overseeing the overall progress of a wide variety of web projects. Your exceptional abilities at balancing business priorities, client expectations, project timelines, managing small teams and most importantly, the excellent user experience every web project aims for will also come in very handy.
Other requirements include:
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing complex web projects
- The ability to manage user centered, standards compliant web projects from start to finish
- An agile mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Extensive knowledge of the latest in the latest online technologies
- The ability to rise to the occasion and make quick decisions with little direction
- Experience with Social Networking, and Social Networking platforms a big plus

Front-End Developer/Coder
We're currently looking for a competent front-end developer, dedicated to usability on the web and passionate about clean, semantic code. As a code guru worth your weight in gold, you pay unparalleled attention to detail, are able to meet deadlines without sweating too much and are willing to work with small teams.
As a passionate coder, you should also be familiar with the in and outs of the Internet, be able to work on several projects at the same time and be capable of working with little, or no direction if necessary. You are also able to take constructive criticism without getting hurt, think for yourself and have a strong sense of dedication to the end user. You should also understand the underlying principles behind good design, be able to communicate well and hold tightly to the idea of function over form.
Other must have's:
- 3 - 5 years of expert experience working with clean, semantic and accessible XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with templating frameworks
- A strong commitment to user centered development, accessibility and usability
- Experience with bug tracking and version control systems
- A deep understanding of browser and platform compatibility
- Joy in turning design mockups into usable, interactive interfaces
- A working knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite (or some other equivalent graphics solution like GIMP)
